Dessert Recipes G-P
Pastel Pound Cake
1 (18.25 ounce) box white or yellow cake mix
1 (3 ounce) box any flavor fruit gelatin
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
Combine cake mix, gelatin, water, oil and eggs. Beat 3 minutes or until smooth
and creamy. Pour into a 10-inch tube pan that is lined on the bottom with wax
paper. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes
then remove and cool on a wire rack. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar if
desired.
